We work with small companies and big companies. We charge both the same affordable fees.

Rates

We bill at a rate of $2K/day per member of the TEMS team based on a 10-hour day, plus travel, plus applicable taxes .

Telecommute

Telecommute - Cost effective and good for the planet. We have high-speed internet and we cover the cost of all utilities. If you require us to be on conference calls, you will have to provide the service.

Travel

Traveling to your location - You will be paying for economy class airfare, actual hotel costs, and reimbursement for meals based on the United States Federal daily rate [CONUS or OCONUS]. Travel time is billed at 50% of the cost of our per diem rates.

Payment

We are independent contractors and not your employees. You buy our time and we work that time for you. We pay our own taxes. We have a great accounting firm and we keep serious records. You may purchase our time via PayPal. No worries.

You pay up front for a block of time however you do not have to pay for an entire project up front. You may order in increments as low as one [1] day, depending on the gig. So, if you don't like our work at the end of a single day, you can terminate our agreement - even if the initial plan was for a longer engagement. 

Negotiation

Negotiation is easy. You call us with a task described in as much or as little detail as you prefer. We'll let you know whether we think we can do it. We will provide an estimate of the days we think will be required or an estimate of the time needed to create an effective estimate.

Signing Documents

We are amenable to signing mutual non-disclosure agreements, non-circumvent agreements and other documents to ensure your intellectual property, trade secrets and other corporate or organizational agreements are not compromised.

FAR

We have partnered with the National Emergency Management Resource Center [NEMRC] to provide our services to U.S. Federal clients. As a woman-owned small business, NEMRC can accept small sole source procurements in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations [FAR].
